This note explains what SQUAD FORGE PC CLUB does with the handful of details you share when you book a station or send us a message. We keep it short because we keep the data short. We are a computer club with a glowing veranda, not a data company, and we treat your details the way we treat the tea on the veranda: freely given, plainly used, and never sold.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, we receive only the fields you type into it:
- Your name, so we can greet you at the desk
- Your email, so we can confirm the seat or reach you if plans change
- The date, spot and hours you asked for
We do not ask for a phone number, a home address, or any payment details through this website. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what your browser keeps on its own, and we run no advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on these pages.
How we use it
Your booking details are written to a private log that only staff can read, and we use them for one thing: holding and confirming your station. We do not build profiles, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not pass your details to anyone outside the club. If you email us a question, we keep that thread only as long as it takes to answer you well.
How long we keep it
Booking entries stay in the log while your visit is upcoming and for a short spell afterward, so we can sort out anything that went sideways on the night. After that they are cleared. You are welcome to ask us to remove your details sooner — a note to the desk or a reply to your confirmation is enough, and we will take care of it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you plainly
- Ask us to correct or delete your details at any time
- Book by walking in instead, and share nothing online at all
Questions about any of this are best brought to the front desk on your next visit, where a real person can answer them over a cup from the veranda pot.
Your rights under data-protection law
This club operates in Poland, so the personal details you share are handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych). You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, to correct or erase them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable form. We process your booking data to take steps at your request and to run the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
