Terms & House Rules
These are the house rules for SQUAD FORGE PC CLUB. Booking a station or walking through the door means you are happy to follow them. They exist to keep the hall fair, the gear working and the veranda pleasant for everyone sharing the night.
Booking & hours
- We open Monday to Thursday 12:00–02:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00–06:00, and Sunday 14:00–00:00.
- A booking holds one station for your chosen date and hours. Please arrive within twenty minutes of your slot, or we may release the seat to someone waiting.
- Hourly time is billed by the minute. The Evening and Night blocks are fixed-length and cover the whole stretch, not a discount on the hourly rate.
- Cancelled or changed plans are no trouble — tell us ahead of time and we will move the seat.
The veranda & breaks
- The veranda, its lights, tea and lemonade are free for every guest with a station. It is never an upgrade or an added charge.
- Any break under fifteen minutes does not touch your clock. Longer breaks are handled at the desk so nobody loses a paid seat.
- The garden is a no-smoking space, indoors and out. Please keep voices friendly out there — it sits close to neighbours.
Equipment care
- Treat every station as shared kit. No food or open drinks at the desks — that is what the veranda tables are for.
- Please do not install, download or alter software on club machines, or open the cases and cabling. Tell staff about a fault instead of fixing it yourself.
- Accidental damage happens; report it and we will sort it kindly. Deliberate damage or tampering may be charged at repair cost.
Conduct
- Be decent to the people around you. Harassment, slurs or threats end a session immediately, with no refund.
- Keep the noise reasonable — cheer a good round, but the Deep nook is a quiet corner and stays that way.
- Guests under the club's minimum age must have a guardian present. Staff may ask for age confirmation.
- This is an entertainment venue for gaming and good company — just time on a good machine, played for the fun of it.
Staff may refuse or end a visit if these rules are broken, and their call on the night is final. We would rather never need to — most evenings the only rule that matters is to enjoy the glow.
